At A HUMAN™, every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

As a small, purpose-driven brand, we intentionally produce products on demand to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary inventory, and create a more thoughtful shopping experience. Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order is significantly different from what was purchased

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes
  • Accidental orders
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings
  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after being placed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@weareahuman.com.

While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
