Every A HUMAN™ product is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, helping reduce waste and overproduction.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue.

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be longer.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, product type, and shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

Estimated delivery after production:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Standard shipping $6.99 for order under $50
  • Free shipping for orders over$50

International Orders

Estimated delivery after production:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–30 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local postal services, and carrier conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Items

As our products are produced by specialized fulfillment partners, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

A HUMAN™ cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Production volume

Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
